Main language other than English for 3-15 year olds in UK selected cities

Children Language UK Cities 2022

Around one in ten children (age 3- to 15-year-old) in Glasgow had their first or main language recorded as a language other than English, which was the highest percentage of all selected UK cities. Edinburgh was the second highest with a slightly smaller percentage of children with a first or main language other than English (9%).
