More girls than boys were found to have low self-esteem in a survey of Glasgow secondary schoolchildren.

Self Esteem stage 2010 GlasgSelf-esteem was measured in this survey using Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale. As this survey was only carried out in Glasgow schools it is not possible to compare the results with other areas in Scotland.
