Children's population in Glasgow, 1991-2023

Glasgow’s child population has dropped substantially in the last 30 years, by over 23,000. From 2011 to 2019 the number of children in the city grew modestly, but since 2019, there has been a downward trend. Just less than 100,000 children are living in the city, currently.
